Free Returns & Exchanges We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on all full-price items.
Eligibility To be eligible for a free return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable) The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Fine jewelry
- Undergarments & swimwear
- Hair brushes, hair accessories & fabric face masks
- Makeup
- Special orders & personalized items
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us or log into your account to start a return/exchange.
- We will provide a free prepaid return shipping label.
- Package your items securely and drop off at any USPS location.
Processing Time Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your exchange, store credit, or refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at boutique@christinealcalay.com. We will provide a free return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once issued.
